My Phoenix Short Sale Client Just Received A $20,000 Check From Chase!

As some of you may know, I've written articles of the trials and tribulations we have gone through in the new Chase "Foreclosure Outreach" or "Short Sale Outreach" Program.

Today, I'm happy to announce that this program is indeed "for-real", and below is a copy of the Final HUD to prove it (sensitive information has been removed).  Click on the image below to make it larger...

Please look at line 506, and notice that the Chase Seller Incentive that was paid to my client was $20,000.  Not a bad deal for short-selling your home, huh?

Anyways, while Chase fell short in a few areas (i.e. they promised a 10 day response time, and it was more like the standard 40-45 days), they did come through with the $20,000 as promised!  Also, they DID demand financials from the seller, despite telling us up-front that they did not need financials.

Needless to say, my Phoenix short sale client will be having a very enjoyable Memorial Day Weekend, knowing that he not only avoided foreclosure, but put $20,000 in his pocket to boot!

I just listed another home in Scottsdale two weeks ago that falls under the same Chase $20,000 short sale program.  So far, no offers yet, but we are expecting one any day now.  Hopefully Chase can pull it off again!

So, for those Phoenix homeowners out there that receive a letter in the mail from Chase, whatever you do, DON'T THROW IT AWAY! Instead, call an experienced Phoenix short sale agent that can help you through the process!  This program is for real!
