I want to be able to stay in touch with friends and past clients on a more regular basis, so I'll be sending you these educational videos every month just to keep you updated on what's going on in our local Phoenix market. Here's a quick rundown of the latest statistics for you: 

  • Right now, our inventory is sitting at 3.3 months of supply. At this time last year, our inventory was 4.4 months.
  • We are down 14% in active listings from last year, and now have just a total of 19,835 on the market. This is another good sign for the health of our market.
  • Pending listings are up 22%, and now sit at 10,349.
  • Monthly sales are up to 7,174 for the month of March, a 23% increase from March of 2014.
  • The median sale price is up 4.5%, to 207,000.

All 5 of those numbers are positive signs for the health of our market, and are especially eye-catching if you're a seller.
